DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Michelle Phillips is the Director of Operations for Tosa Kickers. Having recently been part of the boards for the Education Foundation of Wauwatosa and the Friends of Hoyt Park and Pool, Michelle seamlessly intertwines her enthusiasm for soccer with her commitment to the community.
DIRECTOR OF REFEREE SCHEDULING
Tim Winn is the Director of Referee Scheduling for Tosa Kickers. A longtime resident of Wauwatosa, Tim has been a pillar of the Wisconsin soccer community for more than 40 years as a player, coach, referee and administrator.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Amy is the Assistant Director of Operations for Tosa Kickers and has two kids in the program. Before serving in her current role, she volunteered for the Club for nearly 10 years by coordinating age levels, select fees and fundraising efforts.
