Simply put, there would be no Tosa Kickers if it weren’t for our outstanding and dedicated group of volunteers who help us year after year.

Each season, we have a list of volunteer positions ready to be filled if you would like to contribute your time and energy to helping the Club. They are:

  • Coach

  • Assistant Coach

  • Manager

  • Age Group Coordinators - Our age group coordinators are your liaisons during team formation and throughout the season.  They are happy to answer your questions.

  • Parent Referee - Needed at U6 through U8 levels. Training will be provided.

  • Uniform Distribution

  • Field Volunteers – Lining Fields

  • Indoor Futsal League Volunteers

  • Select Tryouts – One child buyout per two days worked

  • Coaches and Managers Meeting

  • Tosa Kick-off – Help for Tosa Kick-Off is needed in August/September


Coaches, assistant coaches and managers are assigned by age group coordinators. All other positions will be posted online or emails will be sent out to the Club when the opportunities become available. All positions are then filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. Volunteer Buyout

A $75.00 volunteer buy-out fee per family; payable at registration. This $75.00 fee will be returned to your family when a minimum of five hours of volunteer service is completed between July 1 and June 30 of the following year.

Once a family has completed its volunteer service, they will be mailed a reimbursement check from the Club treasurer. We process reimbursements twice a year (November and June).

We will not provide prorated reimbursements; the full five hours must be worked in order to get the $75.00 back.
